Please Help Me With This Trade...WHIR

My team is starved for saves and an offensive boost. I am looking to trade for Delmon Young and Jose Valverde. The guy who owns these two players is in last place and is essentially just looking to rebuild his team. I think this a good opportunity to try and trade for Young and Valverde. My problem is I am not sure what would be a good trade to send him. His team has holes everywhere from pitching to offense. What players would you recommend I trade for Delmon Young and Jose Valverde?
