wow this trade just kept getting better and better for the phillies. didnt agree to his option, got money back, and didnt give up any of our top prospects. im very happy now.

Is it just me or does Happ not really strike anyone as a headliner worthy player in a deal for a guy like Oswalt?

hes definitely not headlining material. hes a middle of the rotation type of pitcher and hes coming off of a fairly significant injury. i assumed singleton and cosart would also be a part of this deal but im ecstatic that they arent.

lol i know the stats and i watched him pitch in probably 90 % of his starts. i know his capabilities.
