Hanley for pitching.

I have been desperately trying to get an ace for my staff but so far nothing. I am at the point where I am offering Hanley and still can't get anything done. Would the following be fair?

1. Hanley for Rollins/Cliff Lee
2. Hanley/Youkilis for Longoria and Lincecum (I could try Lester but I'm pretty sure he won't trade him. He also has Granderson on the block
3. Hanley/Bruce for Cruz and Verlander (or Kershaw)
4. Perhaps a pitcher I am missing that I could target. I tried CC but can't get him.

Any help would be really appreciated. The last few weeks I've been losing every pitching category.
