Delmon Young for Greinke??

Im in a 12 man keeper league and I was just offered Grienke for Delmon Young. Youngs contract is $13 through 2011 and Greinkes is $24 through 2012. I have one of the better offenses in the league, tho my OF is a little shallow. Im last in K's and about middle of the pack in era and whip. Do i make this trade??
