I was trying to make an offer for Cruz to the last place team and was thinking of Soriano to start off with and maybe add to.

I would much rather have Cruz. But I don't think Soriano will get it done. You may have to add another chip..

Cruz easily.

I don't think Soriano will be enough to get him though unless you're dealing with a Cubs homer. You'll have to add in another chip.
