I'm in a 10 team H2H keeper league (8 keepers) and I was wondering what could I realistically get for Madison Bumgarner and Pedro Alvarez? My pitching is pretty good and I have Wright at 3B what I need is an OF with a good AVG and SB. or possibly another SP to bolster my lineup. Here is my current Roster for reference:
Joe Mauer (k)
Joey Votto(k)
Dustin Pedroia (k)
David Wright (k)
Derek Jeter (k)
Adam Jones
Nick Markakis
B.J. Upton
Jose Bautista
Pedro Alvarez
Ubaldo Jiminez (k)
Mat Latos (k)
Jered Weaver (k)
Clay Buckholz
Jose Valverde
Leo Nunez
Madison Bumgarner
Ricky Nolasco
Carl Pavano
James Shields
In a keeper league Bumgarner and Alvarez should have some value, especially right now. I have no use for them since neither of them would be keepers for me. I'm currently in 2nd in the league and would like to make a move that helps me for the stretch run. I have gotten an offer of Victorino/Lackey thus far, which I rejected. I thought of offering them for Liriano to bolster my pitching staff, Is this a good move for my team? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Getting Liriano would definitely be a good idea. He'd add more depth to your pitching staff and is a solid upgrade over Bumgarner. If I were you I'd keep shopping and see what you can get as Alvarez is very popular right now, but keep Liriano as an option. Other, more difficult to get pitcher options might include Kershaw, Haren, Hanson, Carpenter, or Greinke. Even if you can't get any of those guys it won't hurt to send out some offers. If you can pull off one of those 2-1 trades and still need an outfielder, see if Jose Tabata is available on the free agents list. He's a cheap source of average and speed and is getting everyday playing time at the front of the lineup.

Alvarez and MadBum? Sheez I'd go for Crawford with that.
