With his fourth consecutive poor start, I think Lee is now far from the lead in this race. Considering the question is who WILL win the Cy Young, I think the answer will be Sabathia. I expect his ERA will finish below 3.00 and he'll lead the league in wins. That should be enough for the voters.
If the question were who SHOULD win, I'd currently be going with Buchhotz.

Naw - simply not enough Ks or IP to deserve it (as much as I'd like him or Lester to).
I do tend to agree with you that Sabathia or Price probably will win based on their high win and K totals, very good ERAs, and very strong likelihood that one of their teams will win the division (as meaningless as that actually is).
"The government cannot give to anyone anything that it does not first take from someone else"
Something's not right with Lee, this is the worst he's looked in a couple years......oddly enough it's not really his WHIP that is horrible.....he's just getting hit around. I know the Tampa Bay start he was the victim of some flairs and seeing eye singles but it can't really be much of a coincidence.
Felix takes the lead in my book with Lee, Liriano, Sabathia and Price jumbled up behind him.
Felix continues to widen the gap between himself and the field, at least with regards to who SHOULD win the CY. However, I think in the voters' eyes, it is probably still closer than it should be due to Felix's pedestrian record. All I know is that if Felix is denied the award (and I'm assuming he finishes the season strong), I will be frickin' pissed.
Should be Liriano. I can't see any rational argument to make otherwise. I know wins and losses shouldn't count for much, but he's only lost a single game since June. #1 in WAR. #1 in xFIP, by a landslide. The ace of a division leading staff. What else does he have to do?

Right now I've vote for Felix. IMO he is pitched just as well as Liriano and Lee but blows them away in IP. He's got 50+ more innings pitched than Liriano and 25 more innings pitched than Lee.

Craziest part about this is that Lee has 25 more IP than Liriano and he missed nearly a month's worth of action. It's too bad he's been struggling otherwise he was a shoo-in.
At this point it is clearly King Felix for me. With Weaver, Buchholz, Liriano, and Wilson getting some love.
Sabathia probably has a the best chance of winning it, though Felix is clearly having a better year.

But the question here is who "will" win the cy young. And since the voters care so much about wins, the answer is Sabathia. Sabathia and Price are actually pretty far ahead of the pack right now in terms of what the voters look for.
