So I'm in a roto league and need to upgrade my SS (Stephen Drew). I have a lot of depth at starter so moving Strasburg won't kill and I play in a small league so I can platoon starters easily. But what kind of return do you think I can get? I need a SS who scores runs and racks up RBI's. (SB a plus) but I don't want to cheapen his value.

The value of Strasburg depends heavily on the size of your league. You say its small, so I'm guessing it's a 10-team or less. In that case, you're not going to get a great return on Strasburg. In 10-teams there are always valuable players on the WW (especially pitchers). Sadly, Strasburg's innings limit also decreases his value. You might want to try to go after Rollins if his owner is frustrated enough. Either that or Andrus or Aybar (good number of runs and sbs).

These are good points, though he's such a fun and high profile player that you might be able to get good value off of him, even taking the innings limit into consideration.
I'd go for Jeter. He's not having a great season (by his usual standards), but that seems like a fair trade in a non-keeper league.

is it a keeper? didn't see that, sorry if it's listed. i'd aim higher than aybar or andrus....but if it's not a keeper and someone just wants him now thru early September, when they'll start slowing him down, I'd say andrus is fair..but first shoot for rollins, or even reyes (if you package stras and drew)...play up reyes' minor injuries.
see mine? thanks.
