Hellboy Happ or Chacin???

Currently sitting on Happ hoping he gets called up to replace one of their losers. Chacin could get called up to replace Francis or De La Rosa soon and of course Davis keeps dodging bullets to keep Hellickson from coming up. Which of these holdouts has the most potential? Who should I be hanging on to?

I'd go with Happ. He is much more likely to get back into the rotation for Moyer/Kendrick. Eventually the Phils are going to play themselves out of a playoff spot, and want to get Happ's arm some work.

I say Chacin...but I have personal interest in this because Chacin is on my team. However...that being said, there's a reason I kept him on my team.
