Trade to Analyze

I'm new to the site - sorry if I breach any protocols. I'm a commissioner in 5 x 5 AL-only roto league (not head to head) and the following trade has been proposed:

Team 1
·Baker, Scott SP MIN
·Borbon, Julio CF TEX
·Guillen, Carlos LF DET
·Putz, J.J. RP CHW

Team 2
·Bailey, Andrew RP OAK
·Garza, Matt SP TB
·Jones, Adam CF BAL

Your thoughts on this trade. Also, if you think it's imbalanced, is it so bad it should be vetoed?

Baker and Garza are a wash in my opinion. Two middle-to-bottom tier pitchers. Both solid, but nothing special (yet).

So, the trade really boils down to Borbon/Guillen/Putz for Bailey/Jones.

Yeesh. Tough one. I don't think it's SO bad that it should be vetoed, but it is pretty bogus. Perhaps Team B is just selling high on Jones, and wants the reliability of Guillen? He doesn't offer much other than a good BA. Perhaps team B likes the chances of Putz taking over the closer role after Jenks' series against the Twins? I'm really not sure what Team B is after.

But no, it's not so bad that I'd veto it.
