Vazquez or Lackey

Who is the better bet of Vazquez and Lackey to have the best final couple of months? I've received a couple of trade offers, one includes Vazquez and the other has Lackey involved. I don't need a superstar but I do need one of them to step it up a bit.

Vazquez. He has been the more consistent pitcher of late, and his WHIP is much lower than Lackey's.
