13 team, redraft league, 5x5 roto scoring.

My current pitching staff is Hanson, Nolasco, C. Lewis, Verlander, Hammel, Niese, Zito, Nunez and Dotel.

Do I drop one of my starters and grab E. Volquez or M. Baumgartner? I've got B. Anderson coming off the DL in a few days and would then try to make a 2 for 1 deal to upgrade another pitcher.

thanks for helping me. i don't see anyone you can really drop. hammel and niese have been solid; not sure if they continue, but if you really want volquez, i guess i'd consider one of them. volquez could be huge in his return.

drop either hammel or niese.

you'll have to drop other one anyway to bring anderson back. volquez and anderson are both better than neise and hammel, injuries included

Hammel, Niese, and Zito are all droppable for Volquez. I would drop them in that order specifically. Hammel and Niese have been serviceable, but Volquez's ceiling is way high, whereas with Hammel and Niese, what you see is what you get. Zito is heading for a tail spin I believe, but is ownable above Hammel and Niese still.

I'd definitely pick up Volquez. Did so myself and wish I started him yesterday. I'd drop Zito. Don't trust him.

Please help with mine

Hammel and Niese would be my two. Volquez's upside is too great to pass up
