Who's robbing who?

I was offered Starlin Castro for Cliff Pennington this morning in my 5x5 redraft.

It is only a trade between MI and the only categories I need help in are runs and average.

What do you think, sell high on Pennington? I am not in love with Castro but maybe he has more '10 upside.

well looking at the minor league stats they look similar Castro is six years younger but Pennington is still young, they both look to be .280 hitters with low hr totals and 10-20 sb potential, this season Pennington is putting up slightly better stats, Castro has cooled off, if I had Pennington I would stay put, if I had Castro I would do it, and both don't have Keeper potential IMO.

For this year, no question - Pennington. In a dynasty league, it becomes closer, but, for the next 5 years, I'd take Pennington slightly. Longer term than that is when I am not as sure.
