What all do you make of Roy this season? Over the last several years, his ERA has been trending up, and his K rate trending down. Then suddenly this year he (so far) has his highest K rate since 2001, his lowest ERA since 2006, the lowest WHIP and BAA of his career. I find a resurgence like this a little unexpected out of a guy who is nearly 33.
Does he have a new pitching coach or some major change in his approach/arsenal? Is it just the result of a really hot streak of pitching? I hate to wonder if he might have started sipping a little Juicy-Juice.

His pitching has been crazy consistent over his whole career. Not sure where the K's are coming from though.
