Which side would you rather have for this trade?

Re: Latos/BJUpton for Holliday

Depends on the league settings. In a single year league I'd want the Holliday side. Latos will be on an innings limit for the 2nd half and won't produce to the extent that he did in the 1st. And Upton is a drain on the AVG.

But in a keeper league with round/dollar values, Latos could be a huge bargain. Might tip the scales in favor of that side, but again we need more details.

10 team h2h redraft points league that favors power hitting (4pts per homer, 1pt r and rbi and no penalty for k's or avg).

TwistedDude nailed it. Latos and the innings cap will be an issue and these young guys like Upton don't tend to just figure it out in the second half, they need an offseason or a trade. Take Holliday and don't look back.
