For daily lineups that makes sense, but for weekly lineups, I like the idea of having some 2 start pitchers...adds strategy.

I'm in a weekly roto on ESPN. Looks like the date range on Week 15 is 7/12 - 7/25.

looks like Espn is doing it right.. i took a yahoo fantasy survey last year and put it in the suggestions box, so maybe they'll listen one day.. they finally made the last week of the season optional for H2H leagues, so i wouldnt be surprised if they did this too..
