Trade Rasmus/Gregg for Brian Wilson?

With talk of Kevin Gregg being on the block, I'm looking to be proactive and move/upgrade him.

I was thinking of offering Rasmus, or possibly Sandoval, with Gregg for Brian Wilson. Is this a smart move? Either bat would be replaced by a waiver wire pickup like, Adam Lind who is available.
