Got back from the East Championship game a little while ago.

Wow. Martelli needs to be fired. When you're down by 2 with 6.9 left on the clock, you call a time-out. He had two of them, he wasn't saving them for anything. The game was on the line, by calling a time-out you get the ball at half-court and you get the opportunity to call a play. It isn't rocket science. That alone cost St. Joe's that game.

It wasn't like OK State was dominating the game. They had a stretch at the beginning of the first half where they just went nuts, but other than that it was either even or St. Joe's was playing just as well.

Apologies to Jameer Nelson. His coach cost him a Final Four appearance.
