Marcum. He has been the most consistent of the three.

at this point, DLR and Bake make me pretty nervous so I'd go with Marcum by process of elimination. DLR probably has the most upside though if you can camp him on your bench for a few starts.

I'd actually say De La Rosa, then Marcum, then Baker...the "experts" seem to still love Baker, and yes, he throws gems...but then he gets slaughtered. Marcum is facing mostly AL East teams 2nd half and that's rough going.
