De La Rosa or Danks?

I was offered his De La Rosa, matsusz and scutaro for my danks, gio Gonzalez and Alexei Ramirez

I know De La Rosa is a good second half pitcher but am i better off with him over Danks. I am not concerned about losing Gio in favor of Matusz. But what about Alexei and Scutaro? Does making this deal improve my team?
