He, along with Greg Miller, is the #1 pitching prospect in baseball. Usually HS guys don't pan out, but both of these guys are getting better and better.

I know the whole Moneyball theory about highschool pitchers but Beckett seemed money. Anyway if it's between Miller and Kazmir then I wouldn't you say it's Kazmir because Miller just had shoulder surgery.

what about Greinke?? He is listed above both of them on a few lists I looked at, and the word is he is more ready for the Majors than either of those guys.

About Grienke, he is a control pitcher right? Plus he is getting destroyed this spring...

Anyways, I got to go but I think Kazmir is the #1 prospect in all of baseball. From what I've read, he throws high 90's with a wicked slider and changeup. He struck 11.9 batters per 9 innings and has been on a strick pitch count. If that doesn't show he's #1 I don't know what would.

Well, Greinke is closer to the majors than those two. Based on potential, I'd say that Kazmir and Miller have just as much if not more potential than Greinke.

I like Cole Hamels better than Kazmir and Miller; but I like Kazmir more than Miller, for sure.

Miller is getting/got surgery, too.

It's arguable. Upton, Marte, Fielder, etc. are great, too. It's really tough to compare position players to pitchers.

Hamels may be better than Kazmir, too.
