I would do that trade in a heartbeat. Kinsler is performing pretty terribly this year, and he's admitted that his ankle is still giving him trouble. He's hitting more GB's than last year (37% in 2010, 30% in 2009), and combined with his power being almost non-existent (HR/FB% at lowest point in career), he's not going to hit for power at all unless both of these things change. He's also not running as much, so it's not like you're losing that much in SB's. While it looks like you're doing well in power and it's not a category you need to address, I would do the deal if only to sell high on Kinsler; I think Uggla will outperform Kinsler from here on out (especially since AVG is replaced by OBP), and getting Drew is a very nice bonus. Good luck!
I would do it also. I hate the headache Kinsler gives with his injuries and he is currently playing through an injury that is going to hamper him the rest of the year or end him up on the DL at some point. So Like the guy above me im predicting Uggla to be better than Kinsler overall from here on out. And S. Drew is a good upgrade also.
You know it would help your reputation if you actually do what you say your gonna do. WHIR isn't just a pretty thing you put on your post, you should actually help the people in return that helped you....
Yes you have, and thank you. Just saying cuz you continued to ask for help even though the 3 people that helped you, you didn't reply to yet. Not trying to be an a$$ just saying.
I'd pull the trigger, much for the same reasons that have already been addressed: selling high on Kinsler. Drew will provide what runs you'd lose from Kinsler since he bats in that potent Zona line-up.
