Trying to trade for Vlad or Braun. First post please help

My team needs some help and a guy in my league has Braun and Vlad on his team. He needs some extra run and rbi support tho so i am thinking about offering him Joe Mauer and Paul Konerko for Vlad. I have Olivo for my other catcher but I really dont know if this is a good deal or a bad deal. Can anyone help.

Who could I/should I offer for Braun and who could I/should I offer for Vlad?

Vlad has been great this season. Having said that, you're giving up too much. Mauer isn't hitting like last season, but is still the top catcher in baseball. Konerko may cool off, but has been hitting very well too. Ike Davis has been fine, but I wouldn't feel comfortable as him being an everyday 1B on a fantasy team yet.

Additionally, the other team wants runs and RBI's...Vlad is among the league leaders in RBI this year. I'm not sure he would deal him in that case.
