It depends on the size of your league. A normal 12 team Yahoo league I'd say go for it for sure, just cause you can find guys like Braden and Molina on the waivers no problem, so it basically comes down to Panda for Mauer. Neither has been playing very well this year, but I would take Mauer over Panda. A really deep league where there is absolutely nothing on the waivers might change it, but I think I still like the Mauer side better.

It is a deep 15 team league and the best available catcher is hundley, so is molina, panda, and zito too much to give up?

your entire team could help. i think it would depend on who you replace Sandoval with.
the pitcher to me doesnt really matter. i would give up Braden before Zito.
which Molina is it? Benji now with Texas? or Yadier?
Benji might not be bad at catcher. he is moving from one of the best pitchers parks in SF to one of the best hitters parks in Texas. Benji could provide some nice numbers now catching for Texas.
if it is Yadier then i would not expect much offense from him and want the upgrade to Mauer.
if you have someone good to replace Sandoval then i could see taking the upgrade in Mauer, but if you have to go with someone less from waivers then i would say no.

help?
