Should I fear...

...Adrian Gonzalez being traded? I just acquired him in an NL-only league. I would love to hold onto him, but I'm currently in 2nd place in my league and cant afford to get minor leaguers in return. I don't see too many NL teams that are in need of a 1st baseman, so I assume chances are, if traded, it will be to an AL team. What's your opinion?

I had heard some trade talk earlier in the year about him possibly being moved before the trade deadline; nothing specific. I just got him and Desmond in exchange for A. Huff and thought that I got him a little too easy. Just wanted to see if I should be concerned.

As long as the Padres are in contention in the West ... I don't think they will trade Gonz. It's a close race though ...
