After two trades here is my team as it stands now. I will probably use the empty roster slot for a RP in free agency (Mesa or Speier).

Summarizing the trades:

I gave up: Abreu, Durham and Koch

I got: Crawford, O. Cabrera and M. Young

How good is this team? Where can I improve and how?

Looks very good. I'm not sure what I'd do with the extra bench spot. RP is certainly one way to go, but I might be tempted to go with a backup 1B if any reasonable options are available.
