PLZ HELP! Large trade Stras, Lee, Votto

Can someone please lend some quick advice. I'm looking to make a big trade and hopefully improve my pitching.

I play in a 15tm mixed 5x5 roto league. I'm in 5th now, but am dead last in saves and third last in Ks. I sit very high on all batting categories, however TULO is now hurt.

My lineup looks like this
C- Mike Napoli
1B - Joey Votto
2B - Aaron Hill
SS - Orlando Cabrera (Tulo on the DL)
3B - Casey Blake
OF/UTL - Brett Gardner, Torii Hunter, Nick Swisher, David DeJesus
BN - John Buck (C), Hunter Pence (OF), Jarrett Hoffpauir (3B)

SP - Jimenez, Cliff Lee, Ryan Dempster, Joel Pineiro, Hiroki Kuroda
RP - Trever Hoffman, Fernando Rodney, David Hernandez

I'm two clicks away from making the following deals.
Trading away JOEY VOTTO (leaving Swish/Napoli at 1st) for Strasburg and the slumping Ryan Theriot (2b/ss)

Then trading away Cliff Lee, Torii Hunter and Ryan Dempster for Papelbon, Manny and Jamie Garcia. I can do the same deal with Dempster/Garcia and instead receive Mike Leake (headed to minors? less starts?) and Jason Motte. Or I can leave Dempster and get Leake, Motte and Troy Glaus (another 1B!) and not get Manny.

Please, somebody give me some thoughts on this. My first year playing fantasy baseball and this competitive league I'm in is driving me nuts
