How would you rank these three going forward? I have a DL spot recently freed up I would like to use.

I am thinking

1 - Bedard
2 - Volquez
3 - M. Gonzalez

but would like some expert opinons!

Think I like Volquez more than the rest by alot. I much prefer the NL with all those minor league lineups and getting 3 free outs per game plus getting to pitch around the 8th hitter so its like only having to face a 7 man lineup. Also, to think Bedard comes back and actually lasts the rest of the season would be an absolute miracle.

I don't entirely disagree, but Bedard also plays in a pitcher's park and Volquez in a hitter's park...just sayin'

Based off rehab results thus far, I would say Volquez has the best chance of giving you something this year. He's even hit 97 mph on the radar gun... but then again, you know what they say about pitchers after TJ... your velocity returns before your control usually does.

Yup and they probably have the #1 defense as well so that helps (look at all the Seattle pitchers stats and they're all probably better than you'd have predicted in April). I think I'd roll with Bedard personally...
