12 team H2H keeper league. Is it time to cut Wade Davis for a better option from the list below? I need informed opinions please!
My current starters: Verlander, Billingsley, Romero, Davis, Marcum, Cueto, Anibal Sanchez, De La Rosa (D/L)
Waiver options if I cut Davis: Ervin Santana CJ Wilson Derek Lowe Jair Jurrjens Jason Vargas (I would already have him if he played for a better team!) Dallas Braden Jason Hammell Brandon Morrow Jonathan Niese Justin Masterson Kris Medlen (If he keeps a rotation spot, I'll probably get him.) Fausta Carmona
I'd go with Vargas, Santana, or Wilson. You'd think Seattle will start giving some run support anytime now so I'd take a chance on Vargas right now. My other two choices are ranked in order. Thanks for helping me with mine.
Thanks for the help on mine. Of that list, I like C.J. Wilson the most. I own him in one league and worry that the fact he will pitch the most innings he's ever pitched in a season will catch up to him. Yet, it seems he continues to shine. He'd be my first choice. I do like Santana, but he has started to stumble a bit. The only other pitcher I'd take a shot at is Jurrjens. I do think you can drop Wade for Wilson or Jurrjens. Personally, I'd give the edge to Wilson.
I'd go with Wilson. RenT said basically all of it but Texas is on a tear so that also helps. He is keeping consistent and pitching great so I'd definitely go with him, and then Vargas after that.

Depends on what the scoring categories are for me ...
But I think, I'd much rather have Wilson, Jurrjens (see how he does in his start back from injury), Medlen or Morrow.
Morrow is looking good. He just pitched a dandy for Toronto over the Cards last night. That's a string of 3 or 4 really nice starts for him now. I'd give him a look.
CJ Wilson too, echoing the sentiments of some others here.
