As much as i like Werth a lot - i think the Cain and Bay side provides more depth to your team. I had both Werth and Bay on my team. Bay is really a great offensive force because he walks a lot. Werth is very streaky but better than Bay. Getting a great pitcher like Cain makes it a good deal for you. I like Cain a lot. As good as Bay is - Werth is a better offensive player than Bay - no question about it. Only do the trade if you need to improve your pitching. Otherwise don't do it. Starting pitching is important to win.

Go with the trade. Bay is close to Werth and Cain makes the deal a go for your team. He gives your pitching staff more depth. Cain is solid, but like most pitchers will get shelled 2-4 times a year.
