A guy in my league has been trying really hard to get Werth off of me. I rejected a few solid offers...His latest one is Jayson Werth for Jason Bay and Matt Cain. He soured on Cain after his rough game today. What do you think?

take the deal and run. cain may be a bit lucky, but he also pitches in one of best pitchers divisions in baseball. When he isn't in his own pitchers park he gets games in LA and San Diego as well.
hook em horns, go stros

I would side with the Werth side, to be honest. Bay will be lucky to hit 20 jacks this year in that atrocious hitters park, and Cain is definately succeptible to regression, although he still is a heck of a pitcher.
I love Werth's 30-20 potential, and should give you great production.
