Ya I totally understand it's got nothing to do with him, and I know we all appreciate the help he provides us here at the cafe.


I just still don't understand why they can get this corrected.
It's obviously something that's going to occur over and over.

I agree. If the stat correction is made, why can it not be retroactively applied the week that ended only a few hours earlier? Seems weird to me.

I agree, I work for a software company and number of times we've told a customer, when a problem occurs, that there is nothing we can do is zero.
