At this point I'm more looking to future issues that may arise in bigger spots.
(ie) Playoffs, Championship week, etc...
I know my personal matchups aren't going to be changed at this point, so this is kind of a "for everybody" thing. If that makes sense.

You must have not been paying attention last year.

Also please explain how it's something the "don't have control over?"
Monday morning rolls around....all corrections are made.....some were missed....two hours later....they fix the missed ones. BOOM.

If they won't explain it, maybe you can.
Sure do wish the Genie would come in here and say why that scenario is so impossible in this day and age. Why work so hard on a product just to have the opposite person win who should have? Makes no sense.

Unfortunately, this issue will not be resolved. While a correction was
logged, league scoring was finalized Monday morning before the
correction could be applied. Because the correction timeframe has
passed, we are unable to apply the correction to your league. I realize
the inconvenience this issue causes and I apologize for any frustration
this stemming from this concern. We simply do not have the tool to
correct this issue.

Which begs the question, what other tools do they have....and what are they used for?
I'm pretty sure an Allen-wrench would have done the trick on this.

What's the purpose of running the corrections overnight Monday morning if the matchups get finalized ahead of it?

What's funny is they tried to tell me it in fact WAS applied to the H2H matchup, only to fess up after I provided proof it wasn't.

If you're referring to run around part, well, it's Wed now...and it took me providing proof that the changes weren't made for them to finally say that it wasn't applied to the matchup (even though they previously said it was). So ya, I'd say that's getting the run around.
