Drop Posey for C.Santana or Montero?

Non Keeper League. Currently have Buster Posey occupying my Catcher position would C.Santana or Montero be a better choice?

I would definitely pick up Montero. Dude's consistent. Comes back from injury and already putting up nice numbers right off the bat.
