Anyone know how he is doing in the Minors and if there is a chance he will be called up anytime soon?

http://web.minorleaguebaseball.com/milb/stats/stats.jsp?pos=RF&sid=milb&t=p_pbp&pid=446345He's had a few injury problems and hasn't got going yet.
At the moment he's pretty far down in the pecking order, unless something weird happens during trade season I'm expecting him to get a September call up.

so he might get some playing time this year? Think he has the skills to stay in the MLB or just a few MLB at bats before bring sent down again. I don't know much about him besides a few things I have read about his size

No he said that he's going to get very little playing time. Players are called up in September when the minor league season is finished and some play (some don't).
Taylor has been terrible this year. He has a <.700 OPS in the hitter friendly PCL. It's one thing for a prospect like Jesus Montero to struggle in AAA (he's 20). But Taylor is 24 in a league that plays like the pre-humidor Coors Field. He's possibly my most disappointing prospect this year.

Sadly +1.
Only positive one can gleam is that he might be turning things around as in the last 10 games:
.343/.439/.457 with 6 BB's v. 9 K's.
