Ya you can do alot better than what he has offered and I dont really see much on his team that would arrant a good trade unless you added Arod in the picture somewhere

No way in hell would I make this trade. Out of the five players you are getting back the only one having a good year is Rios. Ubaldo is far and away the most valuable player in this deal and the best pitcher in baseball. You could do WAY better.

That guy is trying to rip you off. Don't even bother with a counter. Just reject and promise yourself you won't deal with the guy on any other future deals.
