Drop who for Volquez?

in a 12 team H2H yahoo league. We are limited to 100 transaction a season so i always load up on starting pitching. Would like to pick up Volquez coming up 7/7 or so - i know i have to drop someone when bedard and beckett come off and harang, zambrano, and davis are my bottom three- of them who would you let go for Volquez?
