Power For Pitching Trade, WHIR

Postby bondfast12 » Tue Jun 22, 2010 9:16 am

Hi guys,

I've been offered a trade.

I receive: Chris Carpenter and Chone Figgins. I give up: Shane Victorino and Mike Napoli.

Right now, for my outfielders I have Boesch, Ordonez, Coghlan, Francoeur, Matsui. For pitching, I have Lester, Weaver, J. Sanchez, Cecil.

What you guys think?

Who's replacing Napoli at catcher?
Is it Rotisserie or H2H you're playing.

I think if you answer these questions, someone could help.

On first look, i'd say nah. Napoli's been better than Figgins, plus you're giving up hitting for pitching. Carpenter is an ace, but Victorino is heading that way too.

Plus, your OF isn't too great, Boesch could cool off at any moment. Your pitching is fine w/ me.

Sorry, it's H2H. And my other catcher is Miguel Montero.

Yes, I would make that deal. Chone is overrated for fantasy purposes, and Carpenter will give needed-help to your rotation.

Can you help me with this Granderson for SP deal?
