Trade advice- cliff lee for Jason bay

I was just offered the following trade:


Send Cliff Lee, Sea SP
Receive Jason Bay, NYM OF
Receive Matt Lindstrom, Hou RP

I know cliff lee is better than both of them, but is it worth giving up cliff lee for the mediocre closer and a good outfielder but hasn't been producing alot of stats. Shoul I take the trade or decline?

I would decline. I'm not sold on Lindstrom as the long term closer and his recent outings would have me worried about him losing his job or being traded at the deadline given the type of money they are paying Lyon to set up. As for Bay, I like the guy being a Canadian but I think the knee issues are starting to catch up with him and I would pass. If you are talking Juston Upton or Matt Holliday or even Carlos Lee with a decent closer you would be better off.
