One day after winning the longest tennis match in history, John Isner lost the shortest men’s match so far at this year’s Wimbledon.
The marathon man looked weary from the outset Friday, required treatment for a neck injury and was beaten by unseeded Thiemo de Bakker of the Netherlands 6-0, 6-3, 6-2.
The match was over in just 1 hour, 14 minutes, and the five games won by Isner is the fewest by a male player this week.

he had zero aces today
Top serve didn't make it out of the 1-teens, either.

woot. I really don't like Roddick. Glad to see him go.
2 of my favorites played against each other earlier today: Murray and Querrey. Too bad one had to lose, although Murray made winning that match look easy. He looks scary good right now, so hopefully he can keep on going.
Federer down 2 sets to 1 and now down a break in the 4th to Berdych. Roger just looks like a guy who hasn't practiced as much as in the past - a little slow in getting to the right spots to hit the ball with authority + his serve isn't as dominating.
