i was kinda surprised that isner was pretending like he wanted to play on but couldn't because mahut didn't want to. he was clearly the one struggling more physically so he should've wanted it to stop. that mahut guy was still bouncing on his feet, running down everything, and even making couple dives.
Crazy. The match will now have gone 3 days, and it's still not over. It's become that scene in Rosencrantz and Gildenstern are Dead where they keep flipping the coin and it keeps coming up heads. I'm pretty sure court 18 at Wimbeldon exists in some sort of weird, magical bunuelian state. They'll need a bear and some goats to get out of this one.
Won't someone think of the upper class elites out there roasting in the sun. The delirious announcers who are now reduced to nothing more than groans and moans. The strawberries and cream melting in the head.
Somewhere around 1pm today we crossed over from sporting spectacle to theater of the surreal.

This.
Can't wait to see how it plays out tomorrow - the ridiculousness/awesomeness has set it now and I'd just like to see a good clean ending somewhere around 80-78
