He's playing pretty well, but in the PCL his numbers don't really stand out.
I own Overbay in a deep league and he's been playing alot better lately. That plus his defense, I don't think you will see Wallace unless Overbay is traded.
As for Overbay he has been playing alot better since their hitting coach made an adjustment in his swing supposedly. You see what wonders the coach did for Bautista so you never know.
They told Wallace before the season they fully expected him to play the entire season in the minors, and for a PCL team I think his numbers should be a bit better before he gets an official call. When the Jays bring up Wallace it will be for good so they don't wanna rush. I would say September at the earliest but more likely early May next year.
Sean Tracey has my apologies, we all know Ozzie Guillen is an idiot. I'm rooting for you!
He is hitting decently well, but the Jays are already hitting well, especially at the corner. Overbay was sucking it up, but he's knocked 3 HRs in the past month, with 5 2Bs, 11 RBIs and hitting .300. I don't think he will be up this summer at all.

If he's up this year, it will probably be in September.
I would hardly call 20 doubles, 12 Hrs, and 40 Rbis (all while hitting close to .300) struggling. His BB/K ratio leaves something to be desired, but he is still producing at a nice clip. Enough to get called up soon? Probably not.

It's not very impressive for a prospect as highly ranked as Wallace. Las Vegas is a very easy environment to hit in and several of his non-prospect teammates have done significantly better (Lubanski, Hoffpauir, Padilla). Wallace's BB/K ratio, as you mentioned, is also disappointing. His home/road splits indicate struggles outside the confines of Cashman Field.
In addition, most of his production came in April. His May and June have been quite poor to this point.
