Deal Tex or stay put? WHIR

I've had some interest for Teixeira once I threw it out there that he was on the trading block. I haven't received very many good offers, however, there is one team that he declared themselves out of the running and are looking for keepers and draft picks. I was thinking of putting together something like this:

I give - Teixeira, Drew, Tejada, Myers, Venters (or Villanueva) + a 10th round pick
I get - Zimmerman, Choo, D.Lee, F.Hernandez, B.Wilson

What do you think. Am I offering enough? am I getting enough back for Tex? I'd love to get Upton from him, however, he mentioned that he wants to try to keep Upton, so he's looking at having Upton and Tex as his keepers for next year. Rosters below, take a look and let me know what you think. If there's something else you see I could do that you think would be better throw out a suggestion. Leave a link and I'll return the favor:

That's a nice offer or trade proposal for moving Big Tex, however it will leave you rather thin @ 1B, a power position (D.Lee best days are behind him) you do have Wallace in the minors, and he should maybe make a September apperance for the Jays this year. But still it leaves you thin @ 1B. Maybe you can acquire a 1B somewhere else later, and do this deal. Zimmerman would be a nice find, along with King Felix and Choo. The other guys you are moving, Tejada Myers Venters are spare parts. PLUS I just noticed that you would also be getting one of the top RP in the game (B.Wilson) Sign me up on this deal, and hope he accepts. Maybe you could peddle off a Weiters and Boesch for a top flight 1B to replace D.Lee, Later?
