Weaknesses?

Postby kshan5 » Fri Jun 18, 2010 8:25 am

So right now my team is in first place, but there are 4 teams all within 5 games of me, so it's tight. Any thoughts on where I could improve.

There are a few weaknesses that popped out at me pretty quick which is obviously your outfield, you don't have a clear main guy for your outfield so I would definitely look to improve there. Brian Wilson is your best closer and Axford and Lidge are iffy. You have really good depth at SP so you could sell high on a few of your guys, such as Jaime Garcia, Clay Buchholz, or Roy Oswalt. So I definitely would look to improve definitely at outfield and your closing situation.

I like Wright and Reyes, but as a rule I don't like to have guys who bat next to each other in a batting order. Actually, I try to avoid owning guys from the same team, especially if they play in a huge park in the NL. I'd try to "diversify my portfolio"
