Dunn deal??? for Hughes & D Lee

Postby fast dogs » Fri Jun 18, 2010 1:23 am

I've pretty much avoided the bad avg, high HR guys and draft other power hitters the last few years.Just so happens this team right now is near top in all roto cats but HR & RBI so my worst nightmare is a perfect fit for this team. I'm overloaded with good SP so I'd barely miss Phil Hughes, plus he wants D Lee. It is a keeper league so Dunn & Hughes would be available to bring back. I want you to tell me than Dunn has had his best half of the season and might hit .210 the rest of the way. He'll get his share of dingers certainly which is just what this team needs but I'm already getting the short end of the deal overall value-wise. Remind me that I'd be buying high on a guy who never hits for this kinda avg, selling low on D Lee. Losing out on 1 of the new young guns for the next few years in a keeper. Popping Dunns current #'s into my lineup looks too good. Me reversing course and paying for a player I don't really like is causing me much head scratching. clearer thoughts please
