Trade fielder or Tex for Cruz?

Was thinkin about offering my fielder or Tex for Nelson Cruz...should I ask for more or should I just do a 1 for 1?

I would trade Tex for Cruz, i would wait though till Cruz gets off the dl so you can make sure everything is OK with him. All the rankings have Tex above Cruz, but i like Cruz better bc he was absolutely killing it before he went on the dl and Tex has been sucking a lot more than his regular slow start.
