I am looking for a good site that will show me how a team hits for instance versus righties or lefties, in day games versus night games, at home versus on the road, etc.

That espn site is good for team stats. But does anyone have a place that splits out pitching into starters/bullpen? Didn't see it on ESPN.

Look a little closer, it's on ESPN. Under the split stats for team pitching you can sort by As Starter or As Reliever.
Covers.com has some decent bullpen statistics too:
