Trade Utley for Fielder?

I get Fielder he gets Utley. I have Kelly Johnson and/or Prado to use as 2nd

Would you make the trade? This would give me Votto and Fielder at 1st

Utley is at a low point in terms of value at the moment. Of course, Fielder is not much better, value-wise.

Utley is going to trun it on before too long, and when he does, you want him. Stand pat.
