A tommy john recoverer who hasn't taken the mound all year due to an elbow injury doesn't scare you? If he does take the mound in Lakeland this year he's going to be on the old side.
I take Flores by a large margin. His bat is very special and the stats are starting to match the scouting reports this year. He's also younger than most high schoolers drafted this month.

I think that I like Flores as well, especially if he stays at SS and doesnt move over to 3B, where he would lose significant value. He does have a large frame so that could happen. His numbers are good this year and he looks to be making progress. The only way that I pick Crosby over Flores is if you have someone like Reyes or Ramirez on your team,

I haven't heard anybody who thinks Flores will be able to be a MLB SS. However, most people also think he has a special bat that will more than play at 3B.

I wouldn't be suprised if he ends up a corner OF or 1B. He just doesn't look that athletic to me.
