Good trade for me?

He accepted a trade where I traded away Alfonso Soriano/Matt Capps for Carl Crawford, I am currently in 7th in my ten team league and I am so desperate for a spark for my team and Matt Capps seemed like he wasn't really helping nor hurting my team and Soriano has been about 2/20 in the past week...did I come out with the better end of the deal? Here is my roster:

I figured my pitching is all to hell anyway and Roy Oswalt wouldn't make me or break me, and Capps wouldn't make me or break me because the top four guys have like four closers or so so i am like 8th in saves anyway..and Soriano is too streaky for my taste
